Extensionadds and removes random effects in a BBCut2
Description
CutFXSwap1 randomly adds and removes instances of CutBRF1, CutBPF1, CutMod1, CutBit1, CutComb1, CutRev1 to the CutGroup it is in. Every second block in each phrase, CutFXSwap1 may remove and may add one of these.
WARNING: Don't put more than one CutFXSwap1 in a single CutGroup.
