The MugicSpatCon ambisonic decoder

Description

MSCDecoder is MugicSpatCon's ambisonic decoder. It is essentially a stateful wrapper around IEM's BinauralDecoder or AllRADecoder VST, depending on MugicSpatCon's configuration.

MugicSpatCon is primarily intended to be interfaced with through its GUI (MugicSpatConGUI) and hardware controllers, but programmatic control is possible.
